Billing and Payment Plans
What payment plans do you offer?
Can I pay by check or money order?
Is my investment refundable?
I see multiple charges on my credit card during the
month. Why is that?
What payment plans do
you offer?
USATODAY.com offers three different payment plans
to suit every individual need.
back to top | back to general information FAQs
Continuous Traffic Plan - Advertisers will enjoy uninterrupted service with this plan.
You will determine an amount you would like USATODAY.com to charge your
credit card when there are 5 days of click charges left on the account.
Charges will appear on your credit card as “IndustryBrains”.
You will receive an email notification of the charge. This ensures
that your campaign will enjoy uninterrupted success without all the hassles.
Monthly Traffic Plan
- Do you have a fixed budget you can't go over each month? You will determine
an amount you would like to spend each month. When your balance reaches
$0, your search listings will be taken offline until the next month. At
the anniversary date of each month from the time you register, we will
charge your credit card the pre-determined amount you choose to activate
your listings again. You will receive an email notification of the charge
every month.
Pay-As-You-Go Plan
- Want to see if USATODAY.com will work for you? In this plan, you pay
a minimum of $100 to activate your account and use that balance towards
click through charges to your site. When your account balance gets low,
we notify you via email that you need to replenish your account. If you
exhaust the funds in your account, we interrupt your service until you
make another deposit to cover future clickthroughs to your site.
back to top | back to billing & payment FAQs
Can I pay by check or
money order?
Yes, you can pay by both methods. It is usually easier
to pay by credit card. Please note that if you pay by check, your account
will not be activated until the check has cleared.
back to top | back to billing & payment FAQs
Is my investment refundable?
The initial $100 charge that goes towards your clicks,
service charges and sign-up is not refundable.
back to top | back to billing & payment FAQs
I see multiple charges
on my credit card during the month. Why is that?
This probably means that you are getting a lot of
activity and traffic on your search term. If you wish to capture the maximum
amount of traffic without the inconvenience of receiving multiple e-mail
notices, we recommend that you increase your authorized charge amount
so that we will not need to charge your card as frequently to keep your
listings online.

What types of reports can I see?

and Billing Transaction Report. The Performance Summary report allows
an advertiser to search by timeframe and view clicks and charges on IndustryTargets.
Billing Transactions will display by time frame, all transactions that
occurred on an account. For example, all credit card charges, click charges,
etc.
