FLASH AD FORMAT :


* Adhere accepts Flash via Third Party Rich Media Tags or Flash URLs referencing the image on Advertiser's servers.

Click Tracking
In order for Marchex Adhere to track click-throughs on your Flash File, the author of the Flash source file (.fla) has to assign a
clickTag variable using a getURL button action. They also have to make sure that they have selected _blank for a target so
it opens in a new window.
The button action code should look like one of these examples:

on (release) {
getURL (clickTAG,”_blank”)
}

OR

on (release) {
if (clickTAG,substr(0,5) == “http:”) {
getURL (clickTAG,”_blank”)
}
}

File Requirements
Backup gifs or image URLs must be submitted
Flash File must either be a URL redirecting to an .swf file or third party HTML code should be implemented
Animation cannot continue past 15 seconds
Frame rate must be no more than 18fps
*All Rich Media ads require 72-hour approval

Disclaimers
Click-through tracking is not available on third party served HTML campaigns
Cache-busting is available automatically for pre-approved third party served agencies using the {UNQ} parameter in the URL

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES :

A maximum of 1 graphic image per placement may be submitted
New ad units for an existing campaign can be submitted online directly in the account center
Send creative and destination URL to cs@marchex.com
Creative not meeting our ad specifications will be returned to the advertiser/agency and no "make good" or
  consideration will be provided for delays in the campaign start due to creative not meeting our specifications

AD CREATIVE POLICY :


All ad units must launch a new browser window when clicked
Ads do not need a "looping" limit
Adhere has final approval over all advertisements with respect to editorial/creativecontent and reserves the
  right to remove an advertisement from our partner’s Web sites at any time for any reason
Changes to an existing campaign will be reviewed prior to placement
